We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our administrative operations and support our growing team of consultants and trainers.
Key Responsibilities :
Training and Consulting Logistics: Coordinate schedules, facility bookings, and material preparations for training programs.
Operations Management: Plan, direct, and evaluate daily administrative procedures, office workflows, and record-keeping systems.
Team Supervision: Train and evaluate administrative support team
Communication and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal cross-departmental communication and ensure office procedures comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a training environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
