About Us SeaView Community Services is a mission-driven behavioral health provider serving the Eastern Kenai Peninsula since 1972. We deliver compassionate care through a full continuum of services, including outpatient and residential treatment, crisis response, peer support, and community outreach.
Position Overview Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in administration, healthcare, or finance? SeaView is hiring an Administrative Services Manager to oversee essential functions that keep our organization running smoothly. This role is pivotal in managing procurement, financial transactions, provider credentialing, and certification tracking, while supporting internal operations.
What You'll Do
Procurement & Office Management
Manage inventory and ordering of food for residential programs
Coordinate office supply purchasing across departments
Maintain office equipment and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and documentation standards
Financial & Credentialing Support
Oversee credentialing for healthcare providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers
Process accounts payable, bank deposits, and reconcile corporate cards
Support financial reporting and audit preparation
Certification & Training Coordination
Track continuing education and certifications for Peer Support Specialists and SUD Counselors
Liaise with external training providers and licensing boards
Ensure compliance with state and organizational training requirements
Administrative & Cross-Departmental Support
Serve as backup for the Admissions Team with reception and intake support
Assist with Medicaid eligibility as needed
Participate in special projects led by the Senior Director of Revenue & Finance
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Healthcare-related field
Experience: At least 2 years in healthcare, finance, credentialing, or office management
Skills:
Proficiency with credentialing, billing, and healthcare compliance
Financial accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
