Job Description

Salary: $60,151.2 - 105,081.6 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience overseeing security operations and working with security vendors or contractors
• At least 3 years of experience with process improvement procedures
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• A bachelors degree or equivalent, or at least 5 years of experience in security services, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement
• At least 2 years of experience identifying security risks and issues and developing mitigation plans
• At least 4 years of experience writing detailed reports
• Familiarity with security program automation and implementation, as well as access and intrusion control systems
• Ability to interpret program objectives, develop project schedules, and keep work aligned with established timelines
• Strong knowledge of security practices and physical security standards, processes, and requirements
• Resilient leadership, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize shifting demands, and deliver clear, high-quality customer support

• Manage physical security operations and onsite security personnel across multiple nearby facilities
• Develop post orders, define security procedures, and ensure consistent implementation of required policies
• Respond to site incidents, identify security gaps, and drive timely corrective action
• Manage security projects, vendors, and security equipment, including work related to construction, repairs, operations, patrols, and planning
• Participate in recurring site audits and reviews, and test new security technologies
• Improve day-to-day processes and use metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities
• Recommend improvements to electronic surveillance and physical access controls
• Educate data center personnel on reducing false alarms
• Write and implement security processes and procedures
• Prepare reports and presentations and communicate physical security operations status to management
