Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine Physician Buffalo NY
FT or PT | $200K-$250K + bonuses | Full benefits
We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our multispecialty medical practice full time or part time in the Buffalo area. We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to adult (and optionally pediatric, if FM) patients. This role is built for a physician who values clinical independence, efficient workflows, and a focus on meaningful patient relationships rather than volume-driven care.

About us:
We are a well-established, large, multi-specialty private medical practice located in Williamsville near Buffalo with several satellite offices throughout the West NY area. Recognizing the need for multidisciplinary care for patients to achieve the best outcomes and safety; services were added that would benefit the patient. Everyone from the dietitian to the surgeon knows what everyone is doing, working towards a comprehensive care plan with all services at one location. We have dedicated clinical and admin support to meet all patient care, and other care management needs without additional burden to the provider. We offer multiple onsite specialty physicians and other ancillary services (Spa, infusion center, weight loss program, nutrition services, diagnostic imaging) for ease of coordination of care.
Responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions across the primary care spectrum
• Manage complex, multi-morbidity patients with an emphasis on continuity of care
• Perform routine office-based procedures (e.g., joint injections, skin procedures, basic wound care)
• Coordinate care with specialists, imaging, and ancillary services
• Utilize EMR for documentation, order entry, and care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements:

• BCBE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• MD/DO license to practice in NY
• DEA License (or eligibility)
• Interest in preventive medicine, wellness, or longitudinal care models
• Procedural skills (e.g., injections, minor dermatologic procedures) preferably

Compensation (range):

• $200k - $250k per year plus productivity bonuses
