What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a network of reliable carrier partners
• Negotiate rates and secure capacity for customer freight
• Track & trace shipments to ensure on-time service
• Problem-solve in real time to keep freight moving
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service
• Stay ahead of market trends to maximize margins

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
