Schedule - Monday–Thursday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch break (12:00 PM – 12:30 PM)
- Closed Labor Day
The first day includes a streamlined onsite orientation with IT support before transitioning into patient care.
Practice Environment Practice within a well-supported outpatient employee health clinic providing comprehensive primary care services for an established workforce and their eligible family members.

Clinical Scope Responsibilities include:
- Adult Primary Care
- Pediatric Primary Care (Age 2+)
- Preventive Medicine
- Annual Wellness Visits
- Acute Illness Evaluation & Treatment
- Chronic Disease Management
- Same-Day Sick Visits
- Employee Health Services
- Occupational Medicine Exposure (Preferred, Not Required)
Occupational medicine experience is welcomed but is
not required for success in this assignment.
Candidate Requirements - MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Kentucky Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA Registration
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) required
